7) Approve Suppliers

If the lot is listed as "private" then all suppliers must be approved by the buyer before they can bid.

This feature allows buyers to screen which suppliers actually bid on a lot. This is particularly useful for RFQs, where buyers may have received samples from several suppliers but may decide, for example, to approve only the best three.

Whether approved or denied, suppliers will receive an email informing them of such.
