You warrant and agree that, while

the Site, (c) constitute or encourage conduct that would constitute
a criminal offence or give rise to civil liability, (d) contain a virus
or other harmful component, advertising of any kind, or false or misleading
indications of origin or statements of fact, or (e) you do not own or
otherwise have adequate rights to Post on the Site.
You warrant and agree that you will
not (i) except as expressly permitted in this Agreement or the Site,
Post any of the "Prohibited Items"
listed below or engage in spamming or flooding or (ii) modify, publish,
transmit, transfer or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from,
distribute, perform, display, incorporate into another Web site, mirror
the Site, or in any other way commercially exploit any of the content,
information, materials or services found on the Site, in whole or in
part (including without limitation for comparative advertising purposes
or to develop a competing Web Site or service offering), or (iii) download
and use parts of the Site repeatedly for uses other than those expressly
authorized on the Site or this Agreement.
You warrant and agree that you shall
not impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any other person
or entity or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems
or data through the Site.
You warrant and agree that you shall
not contact any user of the Site except in connection with the negotiation
and completion of a legitimate sale or purchase transaction through
the Site. Any such contact shall be solely by e-mail over the Site and
by no other means; in particular, You agree that you will not share
any contact information with any user of the Site in connection with
the negotiation or completion of the transaction described above.
