As Co-founder and Managing Director, Glenroy Brown leads the way for CaribExchange. He has been instrumental in developing an extensive network of trade contacts that allows CaribExchange to quickly source materials at superior prices, trade excess inventory, and develop export markets.

Prior to founding CaribExchange, Glen was Terminal Superintendent / Manager at Texaco Caribbean's 24 acres terminal. Responsible for the entire operation of the company's single largest operating division, Glen developed and implemented various plans to improve the efficiency and growth of the facility. Previously, Glen served as Purchasing Coordinator at Esso Standard Oil S.S. Ltd., where he oversaw the purchasing of the plant's various raw materials from both local and overseas suppliers. His duties also included plant inspections to ensure that suppliers met international standards. He received a double B.A. in Marketing & Finance from Florida International University.
