Chad Cunningham
Co-Founder, Carib Exchange Ltd.
 

Chad Cunningham co-founded CaribExchange and brings a wealth of knowledge in business development to the company. He is currently Managing Director or CaribClix Ltd. an online adveritsing network for the Caribbean.

Previously, Mr. Cunningham was a a Wealth Advisor at NCB Capital Markets, a wholly-owned subsidiary of National Commercial Bank headed by Jamaican billionaire Michael Lee-Chin.

Under Mr. Cunningham's leadership, CaribExchange became a leading provider of trade solutions in the Caribbean, bringing online trading systems and offline services vital to the success of regional companies.Before that he served as an Investment Analyst at Bankers Capital group, a venture capital firm in Coral Gables, Florida.

Mr. Cunningham was also formally acknowledged by former U.S. President Bill Clinton, for his contribution in the Summit of the Americas, where he served as Assistant Director of the Trade and Finance Symposium. Mr. Cunningham graduated from Florida International University with an M.B.A. in International Business and a B.A. in Finance.


Ms. Carol Ayoung
CEO,
(CAIC) The Caribbean Association of Industry and Commerce, Inc.
 

Ms. Ayoung is an expert in international trade relations and brings to CaribExchange invaluable insight into the dynamics of Caribbean trade, both internationally and regionally. She is currently CEO of CAIC an organization developed to represent the interests of the Caribbean private sector, both regionally and internationally.

Ms. Ayoung is responsible for promoting and furthering the economic and social development of the Caribbean through trade, commerce, industry and tourism. As well as mobilizing and sustaining investment from regional and international sources to benefit the region's business and private sectors.

Ms. Ayoung's particular strength lies in her understanding of bilateral agreements. She is also responsible for stimulating private sector involvement by educating companies on matters which directly and indirectly relate to trade in the region. She also encourages the expansion and development of business ventures, by providing technical assistance to industry.
